Human Resource Management and Employee Benefits
(JobGrin-Admin, 2022)
Employee Benefits can be termed as non-cash compensation
which is given to the employee. These benefits are given to the employee apart
from salaries and wages. These are also known as fringe benefits that are
offered with the intention to attract and retain employees. Companies with
better Compensation and Benefits plans are on the verge of stealing your
employees because workers always look to switch to an organization’s having
better salary structures, compensation, and other benefits (Azmi, 2021).
Providing fair, performance-based compensation is a tricky
part of human resource best practices. Compensation and benefits go
together, with the former covering your employees’ salary (Verlinden,
n.d.).
(Sridharan, 2022)
