Conclusion

In a competitive era, there is incredible growth in the industrial sector. Managing continuous improvement is one challenge in front of industries. To enhance speed and for routine work, most of the industries adopt modern technologies.

AI is increasing the information-processing abilities at the disposal of HRM staff. This will have tangible impacts on the restructuring of talent acquisition procedures, on ongoing assessment of employee performance, on the provision of continuing professional development opportunities uniquely targeted to individual professionals, and on the possibility of organizational responsiveness to employee sentiment. Taken together, these changes made possible by the introduction of AI are bound to shift the work of  HRM from one of reacting to external variables, to one of proactive response to foreseeable challenges (Sakka, 2022).
